The Nutribox is a subscription service for people who love healthy snacks. We provide a healthy snack box full of deliciously nutritious gluten free snacks, delivered FREE to your office or home anywhere in the UK. Our nutritionists, Ann and Emma, search far and wide to source the healthiest, tastiest snacks available so that you don't have to. All our snacks are screened for their nutritional content and have to pass the TeamNutri taste test before making it into our boxes. We work largely with small, artisan suppliers who care passionately about their produce.

What do I receive when I sign up for a subscription?
You will receive a delivery of healthy snacks. If you sign up for a Mini-box, this contains at least 9 units; if you sign up for the full size Nutribox, this contains at least 19 snacks. The variance in the number of items included is due to the relative cost of the products included.
We will always do our best to ensure the normal retail value of the items within each box exceeds the price you pay for it.
What can I expect to receive in my healthy snack box?
In our Classic box you can expect to receive some all-natural energy bars, other tasty snacks like raw chocolate bars and some energy-boosting dried fruit and nut mixes. Our larger sized ‘Nutribox’ will also, occasionally, include vegetable and fruit crisps.
Our Vegan box includes all of the above but avoids any animal-based products or by-products.
Our Sports Nutrition box is for people who take their sport seriously and train regularly. It includes a mixture of high-energy snacks for post-training glycogen replacement and high-protein snacks to meet your muscle growth and repair needs.
Are all of your snacks vegetarian?
Yes they are and we now also provide a 'Vegan Box' option containing exclusively vegan products.
Do all your snacks contain gluten free ingredients?
We make sure all of our snacks are made using gluten-free ingredients. However, some are made in an environment which handles products containing gluten so we can't guarantee that there will be no gluten contamination. We suggest that celiacs consult their doctor or nutritionist before deciding whether to try them.
Are your snacks suitable for diabetics?
If you suffer from diabetes then you need to manage your blood sugar levels carefully and also look after your weight. Most of the snacks included in the Nutribox have a nutritional profile that means they should not cause a rapid or significant elevation of blood sugar. However, each snack is different and some will have more of an impact on blood sugar than others - a Nákd bar is sweeter than a Bounce ball for example, and some products contain dried fruits and other naturally sweet ingredients. People also respond to foods differently so it's impossible to make a statement that will hold true for everyone. As long as you eat Nutribox snacks as part of a well-managed and well-balanced diet there is no reason they should not be appropriate for diabetics. However, we would always recommend that you review the ingredients and nutritional information of individual snacks and discuss them with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or want to confirm their suitability in your specific case.
Can I purchase a Nutribox as a healthy gift option?

Do you offer a certificate to go with your gift subscriptions?
If you purchase a gift subscription we'll send you an attractive gift certificate for you to print off and include in a card.
How can I 'refer a friend'?
All Nutribox customers with an active subscription will be allocated a unique referral code. Share it via Facebook and Twitter, and email it to your contact list. When anyone uses your code to subscribe to the Nutribox they get an extra £1 off their first box, and you get a free snack in your next box delivery.
If you are a customer and currently have an active subscription you’ll find your unique referral code, along with links to share it, in your 'My Account' section on our website.
Your referral code will continue to give a £1 discount to new customers even if you cancel your subscription or it comes to an end – but if you’re no longer an active subscriber you won’t get any more free snacks.
Delivery and billing
When is payment taken?
Your credit or debit card will be charged at the time you first subscribe to The Nutribox and then on the Thursday before your box is despatched, depending whether you've signed up to a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or bi-monthly plan (or when you have received all your boxes if you signed up for multiple boxes and paid upfront).
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Where does The Nutribox deliver to?
Our healthy snack boxes are delivered to all UK post codes. We're investigating deliveries within the EU, so if you're overseas and interested, drop us a line and we'll keep you informed of progress.
When can I expect my delivery?
We send boxes out every Friday and our order deadline for each week is midnight on Thursday so you will always be sent your first box within 7 days of ordering. Boxes are sent out by Royal Mail and usually arrive on Monday.
How do I change my address?
If your delivery address changes, just contact us and let us know.
How can I change my subscription?
To change the type of box you receive and/or frequency, please cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe to the box of your choice.
Can I pause my subscription or hold back my delivery?
Yes, just log-in to your account and click 'Pause'. Please do this before midnight on the Thursday before your box is despatched so that your credit or debit card isn't charged. To resume your subscription, log-in to your account and click 'Resume' - it's as simple as that! Alternatively, send an email to email@example.com and we'll sort it out for you.
Can I transfer my subscription?
Yes you can transfer your subscription to a friend or family member at any time. Just contact us and we’ll sort it out.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can either log-in to your account and press 'Cancel', or you can cancel your subscription simply by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are signed up to a ‘pay-as-you-go’ subscription, please contact us before midnight on the Wednesday before your box is despatched to ensure your next payment does not get charged to your credit or debit card.
If you have paid upfront for 3, 6, 12 or 24 deliveries and decide to cancel, we will not renew your subscription when it expires. If you do not cancel your pre-paid subscription it will be renewed automatically. We cannot offer refunds but we can transfer your plan to a friend or family member, if desired.

Is my box recyclable?
Yes it is; please do the right thing for our planet and recycle your Nutribox.

If you come across a healthy snack not currently included in our supply list, which you think we ought to consider, please contact us and let us know about it. If we subsequently include your idea in any of our boxes, we’ll reward you with a FREE snack.
Is The Nutribox recruiting?
The Nutribox is unconventional in its approach to business. Everyone employed within our company is an owner with a stake in the business. We have no formal management structure and therefore, no managers.
