The Nutribox February Newsletter
Welcome to this month’s edition of The Nutribox News! In this monthly newsletter you can find out more about the snacks and suppliers we include in The Nutribox, and our health theme for the month. As always we’ll feature customer comments, customer photos and a seasonal recipe.
The Nutribox in February
We really enjoyed getting your feedback on your first Nutriboxes in January – we’re glad you agreed that our healthy snacks are also tasty snacks! If you didn’t buy a Nutribox in January find out what you missed here !
We’ve been talking about quiet a few different things on our blog this month:
Ann, our nutritional therapist, tried out a Paleo diet .
The horsemeat scandal got us thinking about whether a vegetarian diet is the healthiest way to go.
And as we know many of you were thinking about starting weight loss diets last month, we talked about why blood sugar balance is important if you’re trying to lose a few pounds.
You and Your Nutribox
As an online business we don’t often get the chance to meet our customers but we still want to get to know you. So every month we’d love for you to send us a picture of you with your Nutribox – do you get it sent to your office? Do you fight over who’s going to get which healthy snacks with your partner or work colleagues? We want to know your Nutribox stories – please write and tell Abi all about it, tweet us or tell us on Facebook and we’ll feature our favourites in this newsletter. Just to give you an idea, here are some of the great tweets we’ve had this month.
@PBnutter- I want to eat it all but save it all at the same time!
@rkenne21-Toooooo exciting! #worththewait
@DomesticJules-I treated myself to another @thenutribox and it’s arrived. Pleased to see more Bounce balls and Beond bars
Here are two of the wonderful pictures we have received of you with your February boxes. Thank you to Theresa Bond and Nick Scott for sharing with us
This month Ann has tried out a Paleo diet which has given her a great excuse to try out some new recipes like lamb tagine. Lamb tagine is a delicious casserole to make at this time of year – full of warming spices like cinnamon and ground ginger, and the prunes give this recipe a fruity flavour and a dietary fibre boost.
