The Picture Guide to Paleo
Since starting to follow a Paleo diet our nutritional therapist Ann has had lots of questions about what’s in, what’s out, how it works, and if she’s really going to follow it forever (current plan is ‘yes’ by the way!). She saw this great flowchart in a presentation at Sports Nutrition Live recently that summarises it all pretty well (thanks Matt Lovell for sharing!). The science and evidence and principles behind Paleo go way beyond simple theories of carb/protein/fat calories but this graphic provides a quick and easy to use guide if you’re new to this way of eating or want an entertaining way to explain it to others.
