Terms & Conditions

By making a purchase through our website for a Nutribox subscription or Gift Box, you agree to each of these terms and conditions:

Section 1 – Products & Services

1.1 Automatically Renewed Payments

By subscribing to The Nutribox, you are consenting to a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or bi-monthly recurring payment, depending on your chosen subscription. In a monthly or bi-monthly subscription, payment will be taken on the same date each month.

1.2 Discount Codes

Discount codes can not be applied to our gift boxes. Any discount codes will only apply a discount for your first box, any boxes proceeding this will be charged at full price in your chosen delivery intervals.

1.3 Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, this could be caused by changes in your payment details or insufficient funds. If you do not notify us of either of these reasons, we will contact you and retry the payment each week. If we receive no response, your subscription and any pending deliveries will be cancelled.

Section 2 – Deliveries

2.1 Delivery Times

One-off orders and first subscription orders placed by 2pm are normally dispatched on the same day.  Otherwise, such orders are dispatched the following day excluding Sundays.

For subscription renewals, boxes are dispatched once a week on Fridays where payment is made by midnight on Thursday.  If your payment date falls on a Friday, your box will not be dispatched until the following Friday.

Our boxes are sent out via Royal Mail Second Class post, and should arrive within 2–3 working days e.g. the following Monday or Tuesday for boxes dispatched on Friday.

2.2 Change of Address

If you have a change of address please ensure to notify us as soon as possible, you can do this by contacting us at any time. If we are not notified before the dispatch of your box, we cannot send out another box to the new address.

2.3 Replacement Boxes

If your box does not arrive when expected or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 10 days of the dispatch date. If we do not receive notification of this within the 10-day period, we can not be expected to dispatch a replacement box.

2.4 Free Delivery

Our boxes are only available for free delivery within the UK. Any orders to non-UK addresses, will unfortunately be cancelled, and refunded.

Section 3 – Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your Nutribox subscription, simply contact us to let us know.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before your next payment is due. If you do not notify us regarding your wish to cancel before the payment has been made, your cancellation will be effective after this payment and your box will still be delivered.

Section 4 – Refunds

If there in an issue with the box you have received e.g. if the box is faulty or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement box. Please see section 2.4 for details on replacement boxes.

We cannot accept responsibility for, or refund boxes that are not to your individual standards or preferences i.e. you did not enjoy the snacks.

Section 5 – Allergens

Please be aware that our boxes are vegan and gluten-free, but many of our snacks may contain nuts, and are packed in a environment that handles nut products. Some of our snacks may also contain soya.
